Dee Getty

Dee Getty (Olson) began her career in finance and business administration after attending Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Formerly with a diversified financial services firm based in Tokyo, Japan, Dee brings a broad and diverse set of skills and experience to the Olson Investment Management Inc. team.

During her 20+ year career at ORIX USA, Dee served in a number of managerial and leadership roles. As a Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations in the company's capital equipment financing division, Dee directed the efforts of staff tasked to achieve revenue goals in excess of $100MM yearly. Dee was also responsible for the management of the company's then largest single account worldwide, which represented $75MM in new lending annually and accounted for approximately $150MM of total lending exposure to the company. In addition to her marketing and operations experience, Dee was also a central figure in the establishment of the company's Human Resources department, where she set up and managed the company's Corporate and Medical Insurance plans, 401K plan and developed HR policies.

After leaving ORIX, Dee began working as a business manager and consultant in the small business community in the San Gabriel Valley area, working primarily with owners of health/fitness and nutrition organizations. She has brought her wealth of experience to numerous small organizations who have benefited from her stewardship of day to day operations, financial management and regulatory compliance.

As Vice President and Treasurer of Olson Investment Management Inc., Dee is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for the company, as well as corporate and statutory compliance.
